My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. On one hand, I was impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room, along with the friendly demeanor of some staff members, particularly Ms. Vivi. However, the overall service left a lot to be desired, especially at breakfast where the restaurant was chaotic and the staff seemed overwhelmed. Despite the great room, I doubt I would return due to the poor dining experience and service issues.
